A woman's worst day of the week is not Monday. According to a survey, British women chose Wednesday as the worst day of the week.

Energy takes a plunge on Wednesday as women fall further
behind on their to-do lists.

Where do weekends rank on this list? Pretty low. 73% of women find weekends about as stressful as the work week. Sundays used to be the most relaxing day of the week, but now it's filled with chores, visits to extended family, food shopping, and social events.

Mondays, on the other hand, are downright bliss. Mondays are the perfect day to relax and turn the focus on themselves.

I'm taking a staycation next week! Our family was supposed to go to Washington, DC, but our boys made the All Star baseball team so no vacay for us!
