Matthew has one of the sexiest bodies in Hollywood, but he lost 80 pounds last year for a movie role. The move is "Dallas Buyers Club" and he was portraying real-life HIV patient Ron Woodruff.

Matthew got down to about 135 lbs at his thinnest I honestly don't know how he survived each day. So far Matthew has put on about 25 lbs and probably can't get food in fast enough.

His first meal after the movie wrapped? A Cheeseburger. Well done Matthew, well done.
